Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Mhat. Short version: you own your content, we run the service, and we don't hold your work hostage.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you write. You grant Mhat the limited right to store, process, and display them so we can run the service you asked for.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Acceptable use
You may not use Mhat to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the service for other people.
Plans and payment
The free tier includes up to three seats. Paid plans are billed per member in kyat via KBZPay or Wave. Yearly plans are charged annually and give you two months free of charge.
If your plan ends
After a plan expires there is a grace period, then your workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays exportable and accounts recoverable — we do not lock you out of your own work.
Service and liability
We work to keep Mhat available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive.
Changes
We may update these terms as Mhat evolves. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
This is a draft. It will be reviewed by counsel before public launch and is not yet legally binding.
